iDiag (launched in 2009) is a unique and innovative service that provides a step by step online 3D animated manuals for vehicle owners. The iDiag web services shows how to repair the fault for professional and DIY users.
iDiag approached Skylimit in January 2010 in order to conduct an in-depth market research project of the DIY car repair industry. The Skylimit team produced 30 pages of research of the DIY car repair industry in global markets. We leveraged our efforts via relevant social media platforms and forums in order to reach the results and information needed. In addition we contacted car repair shops and auto part suppliers in order to receive feedback and any additional tips and advice to support the research.
